Order Policy
Order Online
You can place your order online using our shopping cart buttons and the
secure order form. Please don't send credit card information by email
as that is not a secure form of transmission. Our credit card processor
do not allow off-line payments.
Online orders will be confirmed via automated email. There will be no
manual confirmation. You may check the status of your order by login to
your online account any time after you placed the order You will be notified
if an item will not ship within 48 hours due to availability.
Please use care when entering your shipping address. If you enter an incorrect
address and package need to be reshipped, you are response for all cost
to reship plus a $5.00 handling fee.
Please make sure your email address and phone number are accurate or your
order may be delayed. If your email bounces your order will be delayed.
If we don't have your proper billing address (this is the address your
credit card bill comes to) your order will be delayed or voided.
Order Cancellation
You may only cancel the order via email BEFORE the order status is changed
to "Shipped". There will be no cancellation after the order
is shipped.
You may not cancel the order because of delay in transit that is out of
our control.
You may not cancel the order because of package lost in transit. We record
the ship date in your order record when we ship the order. We will assume
the order is lost in transit if you do not receive your order 2 weeks
after the order is shipped. The order will be reshipped within three days
after you notify us via email that you have not received the shipment
2 weeks after we ship the item.

Shipping and Charges
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY SHIPPING CHARGES BE REFUNDED
USPS Priority Mail is prefered because of UPS's automatic dismaissal of
all filed insurance claims.
- A handling fee of $2.50 added to all online orders
- The UPS and USPS rate are calculated via live connections and is the
exact charge from UPS and USPS
- The minimum weight of UPS is one pound. The minimum weight of USPS
Prority Mail is 12 oz
- Please note that our credit card processor require a 48 hour wait
on all credit card payment verification. Therefore if you choose next
day delivery, you package may not go out until 48 hours after your place
the order.
- Insurance and confirmation is required to protect package damage or
loss in transite.
- All packages that are less than $50.00 are self insured by us. This
will speed up damage or lost claim. No one will have to fill out claim
from and wait 60 days for small packages. $50.00 or above will be insured
by the carrier
- We reserve the right to change and choose other carrier if the shipping
cost and delivery time is not affected. .
Shipping Transite Time
USP Ground - up to 5 day across continental USA
USPS Priority Mail and First Class mail (under 12oz) - one to three
days.
International Shipping
Please Contact Us for International Shipping. We ship to most Europian countries,
Australia, New Zeland and most Asian Countries. Our credit card processor
restrict where we can accept Internation credit payment.We do not ship
to the following countries due to either international law or the high rate
of credit card fraud we have experienced. All shipping is at our discretion
and we reserve the right to decline any order or any portion of an order

Return Policy
Return Policy
Please read the description of the item carefully. Please make any inquiry
before your place the order. All sales are final. Items are returnable only
if defective and will be replaced or repair at our discretion. Please be
sure to contact us if your have any problem when using out product. We will
do our best to have the problem resolved. Lot of "defect" turn
out to be improper use of the item.

items,

Please return defective items insured and pack the defective item carefully.
It is important that you follow our Return Shipping Insturction. We reimburst
you the return shipping cost per our Return Shipping Instruction. We cannot
reimburst you anything other than the shipping and insurance cost according
to our Return Shipping Instruction. If you choose to ship the defective
item to us any other way, you will be response for any extra cost.
